Apache Music, LLC is an independent record label emphasizing the roots oriented original rock, artists, management, and music publishing. Apache Music, LLC was formed to administer, exploit, and nurture artists copyrights specifically granted to copyright owners of musical compositions under the U.S. Copyright Act, including the right to perform, to mechanically reproduce, to synchronize, and to print music. Apache Music, LLC is also dedicated to seeking potential users from copyrights by convincing musicians to record the songs or identifying film or television companies to include the song in a film or video production. Moreover, as a music publisher, Apache Music, LLC is committed to providing sufficient funds to assist songwriters to maintain living expenses while he or she is writing, to meet and collaborate with other songwriters to encourage co-writes, and to finance the cost of demonstration recordings which are the means by which potential users of the works get exposed to the material.
